With the exhibition „Edvard Munch. Magic of the North“, Berlinische Galerie traces the history of Edvard Munch and Berlin through paintings, prints and photographs. Episode #15 of Kunst in Berlin is also situated in this context: Thomas Köhler talks to Tone Hansen, the director of Munchmuseet in Oslo, about the artist’s body of work, the importance of Berlin for the arts and about the responsibility as a museum in a constantly changing world.
