Mental Health is a crucial part of our wellness and 2020 and the Global pandemic did a number on many people. This is my honest chat on what I personally experienced and how it all came about. Mental Health chats are not taboo, we need to talk about it we need to be open and transparent. If you or someone you know is struggling, please seek help.
