So, I may be notorious for starting things and not finishing them BUT, I'm sharing a list that even I can follow that makes my life better. And, I'm challenging you to try out a few of them for a week, report back, and let me know if they make your life better -- even if by 1%. Some things we'll talk about this week:
- How waking up an hour-to-30 minutes earlier can change your entire day
- Setting boundaries with your phone to improve your mental health
- Stimulating your mind through reading or listening to something new (instead of scrolling)
