Damien Clayton is a pro cyclist riding for team RIBBLE weldtite, until recently he was an architech. In this episode we look at Damiens meteoric rise from a woefully underprepared amateur, riding London to Brighton. To winning his first UCI race. We discuss mindset, sacrifice and life as a full time athlete. We explore elitist attitudes in cycling and what Damiens doing, now the 'Tour of Britain' has been cancelled.
