Description

In 1908, Oregon voters approved a statewide ballot measure allowing proportional representation to be used in voting across the state. More than 100 years later, Portland voters used ranked choice voting for the first time, while Oregon voters overall opposed a switch to adopt ranked choice voting statewide. She joins us to share more on what she sees is wrong with Oregon’s current voting practices and suggestions she has to improve it.
