We're only in early March and already 2025 has been an eventful year in athletics. From the mile to 5000m, the half marathon to the pole vault, everywhere you look world records are tumbling and Euan Crumley is joined by Jason Henderson to discuss all of the latest talking points.
Grant Fisher is now the owner of two of those indoor world records - in the 3000m and 5000m - and in this episode he gives his insight into making history.
Our other special guest is nine-time Olympic champion Carl Lewis, who gives his thoughts on World Athletics' controversial long jump proposals, which were recently trialled in Germany.
