He is the former Chair, President, and CEO of Jamba Juice. His latest book, "Anti-Racist Leadership: How to Transform Culture in a Race-Conscious World" explores how companies of all sizes can be more diverse. James co-authored the book with his daughter Krista. He said working with somebody from a different generation really opened his eyes to what younger people want to see in the workplace and how expanding your network can help you bring about a workplace people want to be a part of.
