ACTS - To the ends of the Earth - Part XVI - Philip and the Ethiopian
Description
In this passage we join Philip on a road through the wilderness. He is trudging on this road on a mission from God, unsure what he will find, but none-the-less faithful. He ends up running alongside a chariot of a man he’d never met before, all to share the good news of Jesus Christ with him in the middle of the desert. Here we are given the scene of a divinely ordained encounter that reminds us again that the growth of the church was a result of God opening the doors for his word. If this was the case then, it means that God is still opening doors for his word to touch people hearts and lives through us. When the door of opportunity opens for you to speak about Jesus, what is your response?
