Nicole met Benaiah on the first season of the show, and after finding an initial connection in the pods they ended up getting married… And they’re still going strong!
Since the show, Nicole got her ADHD diagnosis. In this episode Nicole talks about her ADHD journey and how her ADHD manifested on Love Is Blind. She also shares how holistic wellness, mindfulness, and yoga have reshaped both her self‑understanding and how she deals with her ADHD.
