Dr. Fairoza Amira Binti Hamzah is currently working as Senior AI Engineer at Torum Technology Sdn Bhd where she applies AI and ML into building recommendation engines for crypto social media platforms. Being a Ph.D graduate of Nagaoka University of Technology, Dr. Fairoza managed to turn her expertise from image compression to being an applied AI engineer and worked in various companies. Besides her day job, she also contributes her time and effort as Lead Researcher to develop CoronaTracker, a global response for tracking and providing reliable and legitimate COVID-19 information and insights for the public.
