Steve Osagie aka Steve Spotlight is a music executive with almost two decades of working with labels and artists. He is known for managing JJC Skillz, one of Africa’s iconic artists turned prolific filmmaker/tv producer. In addition, Osagie is a digital marketer and founder of Spotlight Marketing Agency, a results-driven company providing services in social media campaigns, influencer marketing, music digital promotion, video and production, website design, and branding.

In 2018, Osagie was one of the co-producers of MIDEM Africa, Lagos. The event has been held every year since. Osagie is also the creator of a 390-day social media content calendar for artists which includes over 365 posts, 50 additional post ideas, and popular music hashtags to help artists get their fans engaged on social media.
