Heabecker-Neecap (Practitioner of the Dark Arts and Crafts in NORTHERN SouthEast Texas) and this time around he helps us understand how to spell the name of the county, some of the history behind the name, and an update on how things are going down there what with the zombies and zombie alligators and roadside pickled products vending and another appearance by Philo's dear ol' Gramma, the Revenant.
