Jessica Tinoco, a 34-year-old mother of five from Simi Valley, California, was tragically killed on September 27, 2024. Her boyfriend, Ramon Joseph Rivas, allegedly stabbed her multiple times in the face, chest, and abdomen during a dispute. Jessica's children witnessed everything and were the ones to call 911.
