Sleep and Exercise
Keep your eye on the prize, imagine how you’ll feel when you succeed, not when you fail
If you Fail
It’s all good
Take a day or week off, but make a plan to do better next time
Don’t do the same thing over and over, switch it up
As Always,
Be good to yourself, treat yourself as a learner.
