Hey folks! Just a quick word to spread the word of Porphyria awareness since next week is, well, porphyria awareness week! I aim to be transparent and since I'm a spoonie (chronic disease patient), I think y'all out to know that I may need to take breaks from time to time because of my AIP. This is one of those times!
