In this episode I talk about Selflessness - the beliefs about being selfless is the "right" thing to do and that "our sole purpose is helping others." I discuss the belief that helping other is noble.
Does helping others really help others? When do we really help versus when do we enable others to stay where they are? I give examples when we can and when we cannot help others, and when we are enabling others to keep doing what they are doing, meaning not evolving.
