im going to be totally honest with you guys - i have no idea what to write for show notes for this episode

maybe it's because it's currently midnight and I'm so sleep deprived I can't tell the difference between my friend Noah and the Chrysler Building (he's 7ft short)

just if you do anything... don't blame me if it doesn't work

on a more serious note...

if body dysmorphia and disordered eating is something that you struggle with, just know you are not alone and reaching out for help, even though really scary and feels really hard, will help you in the long run.

eating disorders are a really intense and hard thing to struggle with, and feeding your body is incredibly important. Never reinforce into yourself that you don't deserve food because you deserve all of the good tasty food.

one last thing....

if you go to UML...

WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO. NOT... EAT THE VEGAN PIZZA FROM THE DINING HALL!!!!!

I tried it the other day and it tasted like someone was shitting hot fiery vomit into my mouth
