Verdict: Straight Watchable. With one movie left in the Seagalathon miniseries, Ryan and Brant can see the light at the end of the Seagal tunnel. And by tunnel, we mean sewage outflow pipe. This movie does have one of the best explosions, and Seagal knows a thing or two about bombs. HI-YOOOOO!
