If you ever tried to improve the effectiveness of a team or transform the culture of your organization to adopt new ways of working, you most certainly found yourself, time and time again, hitting what appeared to be the result of some invisible obstacles:
Vehement opposition
Improvement efforts dying after a short time
People passively ignoring or doing the opposite of what was decided
Misalignment or disagreements between teams and management interests
Difficulty to make the changes permanent and integrate them in the company culture
etc.
It is as if there are always some parts of the system that are not collaborating with us. Like driving a car (on ice) and have its wheels randomly pointing in different directions and constantly deviating from its objective in the most unexpected ways.
In this talk we will look at how applying Systemic Coaching principles and tools can help us detect, resolve or prevent some of these situations. Also, how to find the most effective intervention points in order to allow our improvement/transformation efforts to move forward as effectively as possible.
