Heather always had a subtle experience with her intuition that developed from her love of Yoga. She self-taught herself the practice straight out of books nearly 20 years ago as a way to cope with her stress. Seeing immediate results, she dove into the practice and even got into hypnosis and meditation. After college, she went back home to her mountain town, got into river guiding and fighting fires (yes, as a forest firefighter) where she was one of the only women in her field. Many of her colleagues knew that she was into yoga and asked her to teach them the practice; which later sparked her entire spiritual career. Realizing that she loved teaching, she got her yoga teacher training and went into yoga full-time. 
 
Yoga helped her realize how much she was operating in her masculine (the achiever & logic) instead of being in her feminine (the flow & intuitive state) energy. Understanding this, she committed to a very feminine practice where she, unknowingly, used the akashic records to adjust the class, creating a custom experience each day. During the pandemic, Heather knew she wanted to develop her psychic connection even more and trained in the Akashic Records. She realized that not only could consciousness help her experience peace & calm, but that it was only the beginning to her evolution and soul’s purpose. She now helps others with an intuitive nudge, lean into the subtle energies and connect to their souls through her 1:1 programs, membership, and group programs.
