Mark Shaw is a self-proclaimed ‘LIFESTYLE INVESTOR’ investing in property from his Laptop using creative solutions. Having built and operated estate & lettings agencies since 2003 and having invested in property since 1998, his knowledge and experience has been gained working in real markets dealing with agents, vendors and landlords.
Mark has acquire a substantial number of properties and now holds more than 80 units including residential, commercial, HMO’s, land, blocks of flats and a hotel. Many of these have been acquired as Low Money Down structures.
