God did not plan for us to live alone; we need the body of Christ – the local church. We are made to supply to one another and for each other, to counter the demonic forces around.

How did Satan deceive Eve, and how did this lead to Adam disobeying God?

When they sinned, the power of sin separated them from God, and they lost the power of God to take dominion over the heaven, the earth, and under the sea. The whole earth now came completely under Satan’s dominion, and the power of the curse of Satan enveloped it. We can say the earth is constantly under Satan’s pressure. 

The oppression of fear came over Adam and Eve, which they had never known before.

Human nature is such when they are separated from God, there is fear. Where there is fear, that aspect of someone’s life is separated from God. That means God is not in the picture or not involved in the equation when it comes to that matter.

The key to not succumbing to fear is to put our minds back on God and see Him as the solution. How? By constantly staying in the Word and always praying to keep our spirits in touch with God. Continue to fellowship with others in the church, for God may use them to help and impart strength to us. And the church will help pull us through difficult situations. The devil’s strategy is to have us withdraw into our closets.

Keep the connection with God alive, constantly. Many people have a connection with God because they are born again and are His children. However, they do not keep this connection alive.
