Today we have a great encore episode with Cara Bradley, a Yoga and mindfulness teacher dedicated to transforming human potential. She’s also a mental strength coach, and the author of the book “On The Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine”. Her focus is on finding that flow state and on mental fitness. In this discussion, Cara shares many of the strategies and practices she has used with winning athletes, integrating mindfulness practices with mental strength training for college football and basketball players from several universities. I thought this was timely since we just watched the olympics…and I was mesmerized by the amazing ability of the athletes to focus. Cara was an award winning skater in her earlier days…and learned so much about mental training habits during that time.
