Kentucky Teacher, Renee Boss, talks with administrators from three different schools in Kentucky. Mr. Kevin Faris, Assistant Principal at Woodford County High School. Mr. Nelson Griffin, Head of School at Community Montessori in Lexington, and Dr. Janice Wyatt-Ross, director of Success Academy in Fayette County. Together, they discuss how we can move away from an “us vs. them” (admin vs. teachers) mentality in our schools by listening more to one another, remaining open-minded, and taking opportunities to self-reflect.
