After listening to this, I was still wondering what the basis of the law suit was ... what was the legal claim? It seemed to me that short of blatant fraud, all of this resulted from a failure of the seller to ask obvious questions. Beyond that, if they received an answer and they were not satisfied with it, either negotiate better terms or go find a different realtor that better meets your needs. This really seems quite silly.
