This series follows the SEND Code of Practice series and the importance of the SEND code of practice and the journey of a child with SEND needs through their education and entering the workplace and the various stages up to the age of 25 years.


A fundamental part of the requirement of the SEN Code of Practice is for all local authorities to create and publish a Local Offer.


In this episode, we consider what a Local Offer is, what this looks like and why it is so important as a tool for supporting children with SEN and their families.
