Dr. Alexander Fekete is a Full Professor at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Institute of Rescue Engineering and Civil Protection. His expertise is in Risk Management, Crisis Management, Natural Hazards, Climate Change Impacts, Disaster Preparedness, and Societal Resilience. He has over 250 publications pertaining to these fields.
