 It’s time for our #agelesschatfest! YES! I love hearing women of a certain age – AKA - Ageless Glamours Girls share their thoughts on navigating this fascinating journey! And I just love these three women, who just happen to be my former colleagues, who meet for the first time on the show.

Karen is a retired videotape editor who spent decades editing documentary programs and news stories for air at CBS in New York City.
A move to historic Simsbury, Connecticut with her husband Ross, two children Liza and Jared, (and two cats) was like moving to a new country.  Slowing down was an adjustment.  But it proved to be an unexpected, most joyful, and creative time. Learning to play the dulcimer, and fingerpicking her guitar, she joined a band and performed for several years. During this time, she also wrote for a local paper and began making cards as a hobby.
Karen also enjoys hosting weekly Buddhist meetings in her home and chanting with friends.
She is a certified Whole Health and Nutrition Coach, Certified Chinese Herbalist, and Tui Na Massage Therapist.

Pat St. Claire: Content Creator
Pat St. Claire has had a love affair with reading and writing since early childhood.
