Meridith invited Brandon Miller and John Ferraro to talk about their agencies' experience with Protocol 41: Caller in Crisis after having implemented it last year. Built to give Emergency Dispatchers and calltakers tools to better manage extreme mental and behavioral health calls, P-41 is giving dispatchers all over the US tools and language to help suicidal callers through their lowest moments.
