Allen Kendunga is the founder of Talent Match, Inc. a professional development program aimed at closing the skills gap and reducing youth unemployment among Rwandan youth through career development services and partnerships.

Allen is also a content marketer in the field of Artificial Intelligence where she helps create and tell stories that empower organizations, communities and individuals to better understand this sophisticated technology. She currently oversees the content pipeline at Fusemachines, an AI talent solutions provider.

She is passionate about developing human capital, sustainable economic development and education. Allen hopes to create a social impact among young people by helping them realize their full potential and is excited by the future of technology and all innovation that comes with it.
