Ken is an owner and trainer at BOX STL. Together, he and his wife Sarah own BOX STL and both teach classes regularly. Ken has had two amateur boxing matches with a 1-1 record. Ken's purpose in life is to help others grow and prosper and BOX STL is the perfect place to do that every day.
