The North Dakota Rodeo Association recently held its annual meeting at The North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame. Board President Nate Horner expresses optimism heading into 2023. They are also seeking bids from cities in North Dakota interested in hosting their 2023 year-end finals. We have details in our conversation with Nate on today's show.
