SHOW NOTES:

(1:00 ) Andreas was interested in Spiideo because it provided a way to always have footage available for video analysis, especially for training sessions where footage is often limited or unavailable

(3:02 ) Why game footage is central, but training footage is important for quick feedback and democratizing video analysis across all levels of play

(5:18 ) Set pieces are often overlooked in training, but maximizing their effectiveness requires using all available tools and resources, including the ability to pan and zoom during video analysis

(7:05 ) The most fundamental thing for coaches to implement in their training is to capture everything during practice sessions, not just what they expect to focus on, so that unexpected behaviors or details can be reviewed and highlighted to the team

(8:31 ) Live video during matches is beneficial for both performance adjustments and objective feedback, as it allows coaches to review situations calmly and without biases or emotions.

(10:15 )  How feedback is delivered, with a balance of corrective and confirming feedback, and that positive clips are easier to understand without additional guidance

(16:35 ) Why it's important to build a culture of self-reflection but also provide the tools and guidance for players to become self-driven in their learning process.

(29:13 ) Focus on showing the best clips to send a clear message to players, rather than showing many clips that could be misinterpreted
