First hour:
bpmf (Jason Szostek of Prototype 909, Serotonin records fame, boss at Schmer Records) brings the heat with a live hardware set recorded for Diffuse Reality in Brooklyn. It starts off with moody ambient synths,
then moves into some fierce and funky beats.
Second hour:
Hiroko Yamamura (Trax Records, Schmer Records, Smartbar and Soundbar resident), fresh off a mini European tour, proves why she’s one of the best in the U.S. with her DJ mix. Lots of techno goodies in
there, including some of her own collaborations with fellow Chicago techno selector Submerge on Impact Mechanics Records.
