As we close Season 5, it's only fitting that we end with the student who studied with Joe Pilates the longest, Anna Shaffer. As Anna says, proper posture or “proper body alignment” as Joe reminded her throughout her studies, gives you confidence and elegance both physically and psychologically. Anna shares more memories of her time with Joe Pilates.
