Annie has made it her focus to help assistants achieve their goals and manage everything on their plates, while finding freedom from overwhelm and burnout. Annie is a trained Coach and she supports people through transitions and events in their lives.

Annie suffered a life changing event which led her through some dark times where she was forced to re evaluate ever aspect of her life. The moment of clarity that she had became a totally defining moment, knowing that things would change completely.

That led her to create a space for Assistants to find their own way through their lives with support through coaching and a community to empower you to create a life that you really want while looking after yourself.
