When you saw 48 Hrs. in 1982, did you think to yourself "what I need more of, is definitely this!"? Well, someone sure did! In 1990, director Walter Hill (The Warriors, 48 Hrs.) returned to his chair to definitely not just remake his original 48 Hrs., and call it Another 48 Hrs.! It's like watching Nolte and Murphy create a whole new song with the same notes and beats.
