Hello, and welcome back to another installment of my finding peace in stillness. My usual go-to’s for peace involve movement, and lately I’ve found myself needing to sit still much more often and regularly. So when I came across “The Art of peace” by renown martial artist Morihei Ueshiba, I took that as my sign to sit still and reflect on his wisdom.
Today’s reflection is on a passage of about the meta astro physical origin of everything and how everything works best together. In other words, the universe and all it’s components, including our little galactic corner, are all connected and emerged from one thing and want to exist as one thing. This thing, among other things, and collections of things, will be discussed!
