They unpack the power of beginning to understand thoughts and actions associated with mental and emotional wellbeing and the benefits of working with an experienced psychologist to manage emotional stress. 


During this chat,  the terms "burn out" and "pandemic fatigue" associated with the current COVID-19 pandemic are explored and they discuss ways to support yourself during times of uncertainty. Rashida unpacks terms of vulnerability and window of tolerance, and discusses ways to identify if you or a friend/ family member is struggling with these symptoms and how to seek support.
