Description

In 2020, Privacy is an illusion. Everybody's business is everybody's business...and when you're a media personality your business is LITERALLY someone's BUSINESS. But are we taking this too far? Social Media has turned us all into nosy, prying-ass humans, but maybe its time we channeled our platforms towards more positive outcomes; like when we got Art Cafe to finally #PayCreatives or when someone's tweet got Kenya Airways to lower its flight prices.
Social Media is a powerful tool... let's wield it responsibly. OKKUURRR?

Yaani someone could go to jail with Edgar or lose his/her job for being foolish and releasing someone's highly confidential info?? And for what? cheap gossip? We need to do better as a community.

there this new thing coming up in media ethics (mixed media ethics) 5th estate, who are basically citizen journalists i. e journalists who have zero or little training.... going forward such cases will have guidance and some sort of morality to the practice of "journalism"....obviously it will be years from now..... blogging, vlogging, podcasting etc don't follow the same ethics and that's why this issue in my opinion blew up the way it did.....
