R: Potato Salad Recipe:
2kg washed and boiled potatoes chopped into quarters
12 boiled eggs chopped into quarters
Dice and chop dill pickles, red onion and fresh dill
Mix altogether with half to whole jar of good Mayo (I use the S&W whole Mayo)
Add pickle juice and salt and pepper to taste
