Are You Empowered for This Knowledge Economy?

I closed off one of my leadership talks by indicating that studies have shown that the brain is not wired for Thiving, it’s wired for Survival. I shared with them 2-Core Human Needs that support this finding and shared with them some techniques on how to rewirw your brain for Thriving. I use findings from fields like Human Evolution, Neurobiology and Neuroscience among others to explain our behavior and reactions that seem to so natural. In my talks and workshops, I explain what makes change and its management so difficult and why teams become dysfunctional based on contemporary science not some warm and fuzzy studies.
Unfornately, though we live in a technologically advance world, our brains are still living in the past - the stone ages, hence it easily get so overwhelmed with so much happening in the world. This means there’s no training, SOPs, written exams that can change this until we understand our nature and this is what I do for leaders and their teams to be effective.
