A juror was seen within earshot of 2 people talking about testimony in the case. There was also footage and commentary being played inside the restaurant during lunch. The juror left immediately
We hear about texts between Doug and Ashley the week he was shot
The medical examiner testifies
A gun expert briefly testifies
The state rested. They will work on motions this afternoon and possibly into the morning before the defense case starts.
