Andy is joined by Adrian Bethune, a part-time school teacher and wellbeing-lead governor at a primary school in Buckinghamshire, the Education Policy co-lead at the Mindfulness Initiative and founder of Teachappy.

'We are an SAS School, we signpost [staff] to counselling, when we've had someone struggle with physical health, we have the physio support because that helps them bounce back and recover more quickly'
