Ask Me Anything: Exercise before or after eating? Lower cholesterol, and what biomarker tests reveal
Description
In this monthly Healthy Her segment, host Amelia Phillips answers listener questions. This episode covers the questions:
-
Amelia from insta: What are some natural ways to lower cholesterol (triglycerides) and insulin for over 40.
- Libby from insta: What does a biomarker blood test show? Is it easily done and why don’t GPs do it?
- Jo Marson: I’ve heard you talk about moving after eating to help improve our metabolism and metabolic health. What is better to exercise before eating or after (ie early in the morning before breakfast?)
