In this podcast we dived into the importance of having healthy habits. Our daily life consists of micro and macro habits that dictate the direction of our life. From the way we respond to life to how we show up in the morning, most of these habits are undetected and are within the subconscious. Are your habits creating or destroying life? To become aware of your habits, is a process of stepping back and self analysis. The first step of changing a habit is becoming aware of your current habit, implement the new habit, and holding yourself accountable to continue the new habit.
