All of these will help in developing bonds with your children, maintain emotional regulation, and handle behavioral issues effectively.
We will also discuss the importance of self-care and refilling your emotional cup. I will share my tips to building a balanced routine that not only supports the needs of the children but also the mental and physical needs of everyone in the home.
