Thsi week we talk about all things audition related, we talk about the good old days of newspaper ads, Simon has an idea for an app (that to be honest has already been invented!), we explore all of the ways of getting band members.
Plus as usual, there are the normal ridculous and funny stories, we look at recruitment ads from famous bands, Kirsty discovers a lot of creepy adverts and Simon shares a story about another ridiculous situation he finds himself in, but you'll have to wait till the end of the episode to hear about that one (I know we are annoying like that!)
