Officials at Augsburg University in Minneapolis say federal immigration agents entered a private campus parking lot without a warrant on Saturday afternoon and detained a student.


And the Minneapolis City Council this week will consider a new ordinance that its authors say will require a more humane approach to homeless encampments.
