With a BA and MA in broadcasting and journalism, he has extensive experience in publishing and broadcasting. An award-winning writer, photographer, and film director, he had his own Communications Consulting firm in Washington, DC and was a registered lobbyist for 20 years. When FEMA was first created, he was asked to take a one-year assignment and the story unfolds from there. Enjoy his adventure.
